Pepperfield's Story
Welcome to Pepperfield Lifestyle Resort, a warm and welcoming country community where neighbours become friends and every day offers the opportunity to live well, connect and belong.
For more than 20 years, Pepperfield has been creating a unique lifestyle community in the heart of the Southern Highlands. Established with a vision of offering more than just beautiful homes, Pepperfield was founded on the belief that retirement should be a time to embrace life, build meaningful connections and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle in a welcoming environment.
The community began with 43 homes and quickly established a reputation for its beautiful surroundings, quality homes and strong sense of community. As demand for the Pepperfield lifestyle grew, the village expanded to 87 homes. Each stage has been thoughtfully designed to complement the existing community while maintaining the character, warmth and natural beauty that residents value.
Today, Pepperfield is home to a thriving and vibrant community where health, wellbeing and social connection remain at the heart of village life. Residents enjoy an exceptional range of facilities, a diverse calendar of social activities and the peace of mind that comes from living amongst friends in a supportive environment.

Rebecca is at the heart of day-to-day life at Pepperfield, bringing warmth, energy and a genuine passion for people to her role at Pepperfield. She is dedicated to creating a community where residents feel welcomed, valued and supported, and takes great pride in fostering the strong sense of friendship and belonging that Pepperfield is known for.
From organising events and activities to assisting residents and overseeing village operations, Rebecca’s goal is simple—to help create a lifestyle where residents can live well, stay connected and enjoy every day.
Carolyn (Skip)
Carolyn is one of the friendly faces residents see around the village each day. With her warm personality, caring nature and commitment to exceptional service, she plays an important role in supporting residents and contributing to the welcoming community spirit that makes Pepperfield such a special place to call home.
Working closely with residents, families and the Pepperfield team, Carolyn is dedicated to ensuring village life is enjoyable, engaging and rewarding. Whether assisting residents, coordinating services or simply sharing a friendly conversation, she is always happy to lend a helping hand and help residents feel supported and connected.
Our Maintenance & Grounds Team
Pepperfield’s beautifully maintained grounds and facilities are cared for by our dedicated Maintenance and Grounds Team. Graham, Mick and Steve work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the village remains safe, well-presented and enjoyable for all residents. From maintaining homes and facilities to caring for the gardens and landscaped grounds, their attention to detail helps keep Pepperfield looking its best throughout the year.
